Brief introduction: I’m 22. I’m leaving my home country to go teach English in Japan in two months through the JET Programme.

I’ll be living in Tokushima-ken, on Shikoku island. I’m excited for all the good and bad times and adventures that will happen to me there.

Right now, I’m busy preparing to leave: trying to figure out what to bring with me, making sure I’ve got all my paperwork in, preparing for the culture shock and the challenges of living in a foreign country. Welcome to the next 14 months of my life.
